| Abstract: | Taking Guangdong Ocean University as an example,missions of the universities in the new era are considered as the ultimate value pursuit of higher education and the external form of ideas about universities.The basic way to fulfill the mission is to improve the standard of management with predominant characteristics.The realization of the target for higher education is to be guaranteed by the construction of the Party. |
