C12泡沫泥浆在高山缺水强裂隙漏失地层中的应用研究

摘    要:通过大量的室内试验,优选出C12泡沫泥浆的优质配方,现场施工中顺利解决了强裂隙漏失地层中的钻进问题。使用泡沫泥浆比普通低固相泥浆时效提高0.24 m,平均小班进尺提高0.77 m,平均每立方米泥浆材料费用降低4.71元,平均小班泥浆材料费用降低20.95元。使用泡沫泥浆冲洗液几乎没有漏失,严重垮孔的问题也得到了解决,取得了很好的经济效益。并指出了C12泡沫泥浆使用时应注意的问题。

Abstract:Through laboratory tests, high quality formula of C12 foam mud was optimized, which made the drilling construction successful in serious fracture leakage formation. Time effect increased 0.24m with foam mud than with common mud, average footage of working group increased 0. 77m ; mud cost decreased 4.71 Yuan/m^3 , average mud cost of working group decreased 20. 95 Yuan. There was no leakage while drilling with foam mud with borehole collapsing solved. The paper also put forward the points for attention of C12 foam mud application.
