岩石在高温高压容器中的温度场分析

摘    要:本文采用有限单元法计算了高温高压容器的温度场,对各种因素进行了分析比较。计算结果表明,为了在岩样内得到均匀的温度场,必须正确地选取电热器长度和电热丝的绕制方式;为了降低简体内壁温度和减少功率消耗,应当改善隔热层的设计。非稳态计算结果指出了加热速率与岩样内最大温差出现的时间和数值的关系。本文同时给出了电阻网络模拟方法所得到的结果,并与有限单元计算结果进行了比较,两者是一致的。

Abstract:In this paper we calculated the temperature fields of high temperature and high pressure vessel by finite element method, and discussed the influences of various factors on the temperature fields. The calculation results showed that in order to obtain rather homogeneous temperatures in the rock sample it is necessary to select suitable length of the heater and the appropriate winding. In order to decrease the temperature of internal sides of the vessel and the power expense, it is very important to improve the design of the insulator. The results of the calculation for the unstable state pointed out the relationships between the heated rate, the time occurred and the value of maximum temperature difference in the rock sample. At the same time, we obtained results from the analog method by means of resistance network. The results were compared with that of the finite element method, and they are in good agreement.
