| 摘 要： | 统一时点更新是第三次国土调查的收官工作,也是确保第三次国土调查成果质量的关键环节,做好统一时点更新工作对确保第三次国土调查成果的现势性具有重要意义。本文结合工作实践,对统一时点更新的前期内业处理、外业调查举证等关键环节进行了讨论,为开展统一时点更新以及日后的年度变更调查提供参考。

| Abstract: | The unified time point update is the closing work of the Third Land Survey,and it is also the key link to ensure the quality of the results of the third land survey,it is of great significance to update the unified time point to ensure the current situation of the results of the third land survey.Based on the Work Practice,this paper discusses the key links of the unified time-point update,such as the pre-processing of the internal work,the proof of the field work,and so on. |
