| 摘 要： | 本文通过浅析第三次国土调查成果数据在村庄规划编制中的应用,旨在厘清如何将第三次国土调查成果数据应用到区域乡村空间管控当中。本文以新化县红旗新村为研究对象,从村庄规划编制中的村域综合利用现状、农村宅基地分布、乡村区域交通路网三个方面展开研究,分析第三次国土调查成果数据在村庄规划编制应用中遇到的问题和解决办法。通过挖掘第三次国土调查成果在试点村庄规划各阶段工作中的应用内涵,以期为全域乡村开展村庄规划编制工作提供应用实例。

| Abstract: | The paper discussed the application of the third national land survey data in village planning,to clarify how the results from the third national land survey can be applied to the management and control in regional rural areas.Taking Hongqi New Village in Xinhua County as the research object,thise research was conducted from three aspects:the current situation of village comprehensive utilization in village planning,the distribution of rural homesteads,and the traffic network in rural regions,to analyze the problems and solutions encountered in the application of the results of the third national land survey in village planning.By digging into the connotation in applying the third national land survey results to various stages of pilot village planning,it aims to provide an application example for village planning in all rural regions. |
