| 摘 要： | 强调了能力建设在全球变化研究中的重要意义，分别从研究队伍与资助单位，国家重点开放实验室，观测台站网络，数据库建设，遥感和地理信息系统，海洋观测与信息系统等方面总结了中国全球变化研究的能力建设情况，分析了全球变化组织协调与能力建设方面存在的问题，提出了有关对策建议。

| Abstract: | The paper emphasized the importance of capacity building in global change study, and concluded the processes in the capacity building from the following aspects: research forces and fund providing units, state key and opening laboratory, network of observing stations, database construction, remote sensing and geographic information system(GIS), Ocean observation and the information system of oceanic resources and environment. Simultaneously, the paper pointed out the issues of the organization, coordination and capacity buiding in global change research in China. In the end, the paper provided the concerning contermeasures and advices. |
