| 摘 要： | 在以江泽民为核心的党中央号召下，发挥后发优势，实现社会生产力跨越式发展已成为社会共识。就怎样认识和如何实现跨越式发展，本文阐述了跨越式发展应是必然性与可能性、开放性与自主性、能动性与规律性、借鉴性与创新性、跳跃性与持续性辩证统一的观点，并对吉林省矿业跨越式发展提出了相应看法。

| Abstract: | Under the call of the Chinese communist part headed by Jiang Zhe min, to play the role of the post-developmental superiority, realize the leap development of social productive forces have become a common cognizance. In the light of present situation, how to understand and realized the leap development, it should be a dialectical unity of inevitability and possibility, openness and autonomy, activity and regularity, reference and innovation and leaping and sustainability. Also, the corresponding view for the leap development of the mining industry of Jilin province is proposed in this paper. |
