摘    要:基于VSAT小站的应急通讯系统针对野外地质调查工作特点,遵循任务牵引、技术先进、机动灵活、平战结合原则进行系统设计与架构,可实现网络数据交换与传输、视讯会商、语音通话及传真等功能。在西北艰险地区开展了基于地质调查工作的系统测试与应用,实现了野外现场视频、语音信号与西安中心固定站的实时传输,同时实现了与北京地质力学研究所卫星便携站和视频会议终端双向视频的实时传输互联。

Abstract:Aiming at the field geological survey characteristics, the emergency communication system of VSAT station design principles as below: following the task document, technology advanced, flexible, integrating peacetime and wartime, can realize net data transmission and communication, live video conference, voice and fax, etc.Based on the geological survey work, system test and application has been launched in the northwest dangerous areas, which achieved real-time transmission of live video, voice signal with the fixed station of the Xi''an Center. Meanwhile, Real-time transmission interconnection and video conferencing terminal two-way video with the satellite portable stations of Beijing Institute of Geomechanics also have been carried out successfully.
