| 摘 要： | 论述了现有的地下实验室的分类,对普通地下实验室与特定场址地下实验室的主要特征进行了对比分析,论述了各国地下实验室的研究概况,对特定场址地下实验室的概念进行了讨论。鉴于在现行的地下实验室分类中,对特定场址地下实验室的定义似乎界定过宽,因为有些该类型的地下实验室,缺乏明确的历史定位,最终没有起到特定场址地下实验室应起的作用。笔者建议,只有建在经本国政府批准的最终处置库场址上的地下实验室,才可称作为特定场址地下实验室,如美国的WIPP和ESF以及芬兰的ONKALO。因为只有这类地下实验室,才能真正起到论证处置库场址适宜性和高放废物处置方案可行性的作用。

| Abstract: | The classification of underground research laboratory,a comparison of main features between generic and site specific underground research laboratories,an overview of research on underground research laboratory,and a review of site specific underground research laboratory are given in this paper.It is noteworthy that the site specific underground research laboratory is probably not well-defined and hence some of them have no clear fixed historical position,and finally they do not play an important specific role for this kind of underground research laboratory.It is suggested that the site specific underground research laboratory may be defined as follows：it is constructed at the final repository site approved by the government,such as WIPP and ESF in U.S.A.,and ONKALO in Finland,because only this kind of underground research laboratory can really play an important role for validation of suitability of repository site and feasibility of disposal concept of high level radioactive waste. |
