摘    要:泥浆拖曳阻力是水平定向钻(HDD)回拖载荷的重要组成部分,但目前理论分析结果与现场实验观察相去甚远,究其原因是泥浆流变参数的不合理选用。研究发现低剪切速率下的流变特性更适于HDD回拖载荷的相关计算,而目前对于低剪切速率的量化分析尚未出现。本文分析泥浆剪切速率的影响因素并总结其在HDD穿越工程中的取值范围,据此估算环形空间中泥浆的剪切速率。研究表明,HDD工程中泥浆剪切速率的实际值在10s-1范围内。

Analysis of Shear Rate for Slurry during Pull-back of HDD Installations

Abstract:Fluidic drag friction accounts for an important part in total pulling-back torce while the result of meoretical analysis poorly agrees with the field observation, which results from adoption of improper rheological parameters. It is demonstrated that rheological parameters under low shear rate are more suitable for the relevant calculation of pulling-back force. However, the quantitative analysis of low shear rate is not available at present. The paper presents the affecting factors for shear rate of slurry and field data referring to them is collected, based on which the shear rate of slurry in annulus is calculated. Studies show that the shear rate of slurry during pull-back in HDD installations varies within 10 s^-1.
