| 摘 要： | 农村宅基地测量是农村宅基地确权登记发证工作的基础性工作,本文以许昌某一村庄为例,主要介绍了利用GPS-RTK和全站仪进行宅基地测量的具体过程。经过实践验证,这种方法不但满足地籍测量精度要求,而且减少了外业观测时间,节省了人力、物力、财力,提高了工作效率高和经济效益,可为平原地区农村宅基地测图相关人员提供参考。

| Abstract: | Survey of rural residential land is the basis for issuing the ownership registration. Taking a certain village of Xuchang as an example, this paper describes the process of using GPS-RTK and totals station for cadastral feature measurement. Through practical verification, this method not only meet the requirements of cadastration, and reduce the field observation time, save manpower, material resources and financial capacityhigh, raise working efficiency, improve the working efficiency and economic benefits. It can provide reference for relevant personnel of countryside homestead measurement in plain area. |
