| 摘 要： | AutoCAD作为一种强大的图形编辑系统而广泛应用于数字化测绘生产中，最终通过数据的转换将数据转入GIS软件系统中，从而实现数据的管理与分析。本文结合作者多年的生产实践，针对AutoCAD与MapGIS的数据转换存在的问题进行探讨和总结，得出了一些有益的结论。

| Abstract: | As a powerful graphics editing system, AutoCAD is widely used in digital mapping production. Input data to GIS software system though data conversions to realize data analysis and management. Based on the author＇s practice, the paper discussed and summarized the problems on data transfer with MapGIS and AutoCAD and obtained some useful conclusions. |
