宁蒗县1988年MS 5.5、2012年MS 5.7及2022年MS 5.5地震震害特征对比分析

摘    要:以宁蒗县1988年MS 5.5、2012年MS 5.7以及2022年MS 5.5地震为研究对象,以宁蒗地震灾区当年相关震害统计资料为基础,从人员伤亡、房屋破坏、经济损失3个主要方面,对3次地震震害特征进行对比分析。结果表明: 2012年MS 5.7地震造成的人员伤亡最为严重,此外震区房屋结构不断丰富,抗震性能不断增强,但土木结构房屋抗震性能较差,震灾经济损失逐渐减小,但民房经济损失占比逐年升高。根据分析以上结果提出“提高民众防震减灾意识,增强房屋抗震性能,积极响应政策号召”等建议和措施,为灾后重建以及城市规划发展提供借鉴。

Abstract:Taking the MS 5.5 earthquake in 1988, MS 5.7 earthquake in 2012 and MS 5.5 earthquake in 2022 in Ninglang County as the research object, based on the relevant statistics of earthquake damage in the disaster area of Ninglang earthquakes in those years, this study compares and analyzes the seismic damage characteristics of the three earthquakes from three main aspects: casualties, house damage, and economic loss. The results show that the MS 5.7 earthquake in 2012 caused the most casualties. In addition, the house structures in the earthquake area are constantly enriched and the seismic performance is continuously enhanced, but the seismic performance of civil structure houses is poor; and the economic loss of earthquake disaster is gradually reduced, but the proportion of economic loss of civil houses is increasing year by year. Based on the analysis of the above results, suggestions and measures such as improving people’s awareness of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, enhancing the seismic performance of houses, and actively responding to the policy call are put forward to provide references for post disaster reconstruction and urban planning and development.
