| Abstract: | A review of the study of water exchange processes in Lake Baikal is given. The major attention is given to the mathematical simulation of the processes of density stratification processes and the effect of different hydrophysical factors on water exchange processes, in particular, the formation of thermobar and vertical circulations in the lake. |
