摘    要:井斜问题是钻井工作,特别是深井钻探中普遍存在的一个问题,它直接关系到钻孔的质量和钻进的安全。本文分析了造成孔斜的原因、防斜原理,介绍了螺旋式扶正器与钻铤组合满眼防斜钻具的工作原理、结构及相关的参数计算方法,并通过工程实例阐述了其在基岩水井钻探中的具体应用,分析了其防斜效果,总结了该技术的特点及其应用前景。

Abstract:Hole-deflection is a common problem in drilling, especially in deep well drilling. It has an important effect on the quality of a borehole and the safety of drilling. The reasons for hole-deflection and the principle of anti-deflection is analyzed in this paper. The principles, structure and the calculating ways of related specifications of the spired stabilizer and collar combination of packed hole anti-deflection drilling tool are also introduced. Based on practical engineering examples, the application of the techniques to well drilling in deep-seated bedrocks is discussed, the effects of the techniques to its anti-deflection is analyzed and the characteristics and application prospectives of the techniques are also summarizd.
