| 摘 要： | 可持续发展是旅游业发展的最高目标，资源、资金、技术、信息和劳力利用率是旅游可持续发展的基础，管理是保障。目前影响传统旅游城市持续发展的主要因素有旅游管理、政策投入、资金投入、经济效益、旅游环境、旅游资源、人才和技术等，必须准确诊断并解决好这些问题，以保证旅游业的持续发展。

| Abstract: | Sustainable development is the highest aim of tourist development. The efficiency of capital, resources, technology, information and labor is the basement of sustainable development and management. The factors which affect on the sustainable development of traditional tourist city are tourist management, input of policy and capital, economic efficiency, tourist environment, human resources and technology etc. So the rtaditional tourist city must identify precitously those problems and solve them in order to realize the tourist sustainable development. |
