摘    要:本文根据我国海岸雷达的实际情况,提出了直接测量海骚回波强度和直接测定海骚回波最大距离的方法,并利用实测资料,建立了最大风速与海骚回波最大距离的相关关系式及海骚回波最大距离与海面风浪关系曲线。

Abstract:This paper puts forward for the drect determination of both the intensities of the sea clutter echoes and the maximum distances of the sea clutter echoes and for the construction of the relationships between the intensity or the maximum distance of the sea clutter echoes and the sea surface winds and waves. In the paper the authors processed 811 sea cluther echoes collected by Shantou Radar Station from September 1983 to December 1987. Based on contrast analyses, a linear regression equation was found, which says that the maximum distance of the sea clutter echoes correspond with the sea surface winds in the previous two hours, its average absolute error being 0.12m/s and extreme maximum error 4.4m/s. Beside, based on the relationships between the sea surface winds and the waves, a relation curve of the maximum distances of the sea clutter echoes and the wave heights is established.
