摘    要:乌石凹陷是北部湾盆地的一个以下第三系沉积为主的生油凹陷。主要生油层流沙港组泥页岩生油指标高、厚度大、分布面积广,具有丰富的油气源;在早第三纪已形成的四个局部构造带为有利的油气聚集场所。凹陷东部流沙港组存在高压异常,而凹陷西部存在流沙港组与涠洲组两套烃源岩。

Abstract:The Wushi Depression is located in the east part of the Beibuwan Basin and mainly composed of Lower Tertiary sediments. There are two sets of source rocks. The Liushagang Formation, a confirmed source rock, is organic-rich, mixed-sapropelic and mature, and its depocenter is in the east of the depression. The Weizhou Formation, a potential source rock, is organic-rich, humic and low-mature to mature, and its depocenter is in the west of the depression. There are several igneous intrusive rock bodies in the Early Miocene age. An overpressure zone exists in the Liushagang Formation which might result from: 1) disequilibrium of compaction and expulsion, 2) heat influx of igneous intrusion, 3) aquathermal pressure, 4) dehydration of clay minerals and 5) tectonic effects. The depression is subdivided into four structure zones: central lowlift anticline zone, fault-nose structures to the south of Fault No. 6, fault-block structures on the north slope and arc apronic structures at the west. After comprehensive evaluation and comparison, the central low-lift anticline zone is the most prospective for petroleum exploration. Several traps are evaluated especially Wu 13-1 and Wu 14-1 which possibly contain natural gas. The Wu 17-1 and Wu 22-1 traps are so near to the Wu 16-1 oil structure that their future successful exploration in the Liu 1 member sand will revitalize the Wu 16-1 oil structure.
