| 摘 要： | 以西安灞柳湿地公园为例,在综合考虑湿地公园对城市生态安全影响的多种因素下,建立了湿地公园对城市生态安全影响评价指标体系,并以层次分析法为主要研究方法,通过建立加权求和定量评价模型,对西安灞柳城市湿地公园建成前后西安市的生态安全状况进行了定量分析和评价。结果表明,城市湿地公园的建立使西安市城市生态安全等级由建成前的相对不安全(0.646)提高为相对安全(0.665),这说明城市湿地公园在一定程度上对于所在城市的生态安全产生积极的影响,同时为进一步建设生态城市提供了新的思路。

| Abstract: | As one of the important transitional ecosystems,wetland has not only the functions such as conditioning,buffering and filtering,but also plays an important role on regional ecological security.The establishment of urban wetland park will have an active influence on urban ecological security.So the assessment of urban ecological security affected by wetland park is both one of the key to resolve the problem of urban ecological security and one of the issues about the research on urban ecology.Taking Baliu wetland park in Xi'an as an example,and the factors of urban ecological security affected by wetland park,using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) as the main research method,the infuluence of wetland park to urban ecological security were assessed in the paper.The assessment indexe system was made,and the ecological securities in Xi'an before and after the establishment of Baliu wetland park were quantitatively analyzed.Firstly,the judging matrix,which is the basis of all data processing was constructed;secondly,individual sorting of hierarchy so as to determine the weight values of every elements relative to the present hierarchy,which was the basis of importance sort all of every elements in the present hierarchy according to some element in the above hierarchy,were calculated;at last,the total sorting of hierarchy and so as to assess the consistency of sorting results was calculated.In the grade division of ecological security,according to the standard value source of every index in the assessment system of urban ecological security affected by wetland park,and considering the advices of experts and the relative documentations,4 grades were divided according to the degree of urban ecological security affected by wetland park,which were security,relative security,relative insecurity and insecurity,and the threshold of standard value intervals was determined.The results indicated that after the establishment of Baliu wetland park,the index value of ecological security of Xi'an changed from 0.646 to 0.665,and the establishment of the park has a rather active effect on the promotion of the ecological security rank,which is from relative insecurity to relative security.Only analyzing this aspect,the active influence of wetland park should be found on urban ecological security to some degree.The establishment of Wetland Park will provide further construction of ecological city with new idea. |
