虹桥商务区核心区域地质灾害隐患预防监测与分析

摘    要:上海地区深基坑工程、轨道交通等重大工程集聚地,大型商业CBD、城市功能中心等是地质灾害易发区。地质灾害应急管理工作考量区域建设活动和人工活动的强度和密度,选择开发程度高、项目类型多、地下空间开发力度大、人工活动频繁的区域,作为典型区域进行地质灾害隐患预防监测,对于研究典型区域内地质灾害隐患发展趋势,掌握区域地质灾害隐患长期发展规律,完善区域地质灾害隐患预防措施十分必要。本文以2012—2014年虹桥商务区核心区域的监测数据为基础,以地表沉降数据为主进行研究,发现大量地下工程同时施工,对区域地质环境影响明显,导致的地面沉降危害逐渐显现,危害程度逐渐增大。

Abstract:The important positions in Shanghai like deep foundation pits, rail transit, CBD and urban function centers are prone to geological disasters. Preventive monitoring on the areas which are with high degree of development, complicated project types, deep underground space and frequent artiifcial activities, is essential to get development trend and laws of geological disasters and to take preventive measures in those areas. Based on monitoring data, especially the ground settlement data of core area of Hongqiao business district from 2012 to 2014, this article get simultaneous construction of underground project that leads to great ground settlement and brings negative effects on geological environment in this area.
