| 摘 要： | 土壤溶液已成为土壤、植物营养、生态环境等学科的重要研究内容，如何有效提取土壤溶液已成为一个重要的技术问题。目前国内采用的土壤溶液采集方法大多处于试验阶段，利用陶土头土壤溶液提取器采集土壤溶液是比较常用的方法之一。就南京周边及南通地区利用陶土头土壤溶液提取器开展土壤溶液系统采样试验的结果，总结了土壤类型、地貌等自然因素对试验效果的影响，为提取土壤溶液提供了可靠的方法技术。

| Abstract: | Soil solution has become an important study content in the fields of agrology,plant nutrition and bioenvironment.The collection of soil solution has become a significant technical issue.At present,most of the soil solution collection methods are under a testing phase and the adoption of pot clay end soil solution extractor for the collection of soil solution is rather prevalent.Based on the results from a systematic sampling test through soil solution extractor pot clay end undertaken around Nanjing periphery and Nantong region,the infuence of the natural factors like soil types and landforms to the testing effect are summarized in the text,providing a reliable technology for the extraction of soil solution. |
