| 摘 要： | 从长期利用角度,提出华北平原地下水资源数量,质量及时空变化特点与机理,运用环境学,系统论观点地下水的质（水质）－量（水量）－形（地面形态）统一起来。寻求地下水开采量（水位）与地下水水质,区域下降漏斗和地面沉降的关系,以此进行了华北地区地下水环境发展趋势的预测和评价研究。
