| 摘 要： | 随着“数字地球”、“数字城市”、“数字......”等观念的提出及虚拟仿真技术的发展,数字小区的建设已受到越来越多的关注。探讨了基于Creator和Vega的虚拟环境下的三维数字小区模型的建立,实现了对管辖区内的所属房产项目进行有效的三维景观再现、空间查询、三维管线设计、三维物业与房产管理、用户的定位管理,对提高小区的物业管理水平有着重要的作用,同时也是数字小区的一个重要发展方向。

| Abstract: | With the concepts of "digital earth","digital city","digital...", etc, being put forward and the development of virtual simulation technology, the construction of digital living district is getting more and more attention. This thesis discusses a method of modeling 3D digital living district in the environment of Creator and Vega. It will be of great use in the reappearance of 3D scene, the inquiry of spatial information, the management of properties and so on. |
