摘    要:本文目的在于寻求一种可靠的施密特锤数据处理方法,并探讨其用于岩石可钻性预估中的可能性。试验选择了HT100和HT225两种施密特锤,配3种冲杆(R25,R6.0和R4.5)组成了4种测定方案,在多种岩石中进行了测试。利用数理统计方法和灰色系统理论对数据的分布特征进行了分析,并提出:施密特锤试验的合理冲击点数是15点,每点至少冲击5次,舍去前两次回弹值,取15个冲击点后3次回弹平均值作为试验结果。 同时,还对回弹值和风动凿岩帆钻速V进行了回归分析,结果表明两者之间存在着良好的相关关系(在α=0.01水平上通过了F检验),据此提出了以回弹值预估凤动凿岩机钻速的计算公式。

Abstract:With the advantages of quick measurement both in the field and in the laboratory, easy to get a great deal of data, the portable tester--Schmidt Hammer has been widely used. The recent obtained information indicated that the variation of data processing is still existing among the different investigators. Relying on the modern mathematics, the authors carried out a series of experiments hoping to provide a more reliable data processing method for rebound test and to search for the possibility of estimating the rock drillability of percussive drilling by rebound value. Two Schmidt Hammers HT100, HT225 with the ori ginal plunger (R25) and two reformed plungers (R4.5, R6.0) inserted with tungsten carbide buttons have been chosen to form four measuring schemes and a total of 60 groups of data have been gained in 15 kinds of rocks. The rebound data of each measuring scheme appear an excellent normal distribution in the well- designed histograms. The variation of rebound values with impact number has been investigated, the result shows that the values of first and second impacts are relatively low and with large variation while after the third impact in the test the rebound data tend to be steady. So in order to obtain a reliable test result, the first two rebound data should be given up. Considering the varied influence factors in rebound test, the relational ordering of grey system theory has been used to draw a conclusion that the suitable number of impact points is 15. After the difference between the result of different impact number (less than 10 ) with ten impacts has been verified (at the significant level at= 0.05) by means of deviation analysis, then the authors proposed that the impact number of each point is at least 5. In the final report, after the first two rebound data of each point having been abandoned, the average of last three rebound data of 15 points is the test result.Through the linear and non-linear regressional analysis between values RN1 (HT100 with R4.5 Plunger) , RN2 (HT225 with R6.0 plunger) and drilling rate V in 38 types of rocks, the relationship has been found at the significant level a =0.01. Therefore the equations for estimating the drilling rate of pneumatic rock drills with chisel bit (40mm in dia.) by RN{, RN2 are given as follow: Where Kp= the corrective coefficient of air pressure, Kn = the corrective coefficient of output power of rock drills.
