| Abstract: | A brief summary is given on scientific research work of Shanghai Astronomical Observatory in 2001, including achievements obtained in knowledge innovation and basic research, observations and technal development, personal training and introducing, scientific management and service, international coorperation and academic exchange, and so on. The main shortage on the work is also pointed out. |
