Nacht developed ground-water monitoring guidelines for commercial scale coal gasification, liquefaction and oil shale facilities for the U.S. EPA, Las Vegas Laboratories and has been involved in assisting industry with hazardous waste management and ground-water monitoring system design and implementation to comply with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. |
