| 摘 要： | 社会的发展，人民的福祉，均以物质为基础。社会运转的三大要素－－能源交通资源－－归根结底是个资源问题。尤其靠现代技术手段所不可能得到的那类资源，如矿产和水能类。中国今日之西部大开发，当然有赖于此。这是国内外投资者最关注的问题，也是制定有关计划的根本依据。因此就必须对此作番审视。只是西部太大，资源太多，无法尽及，此文只能以云南为例。但即使如此简略介绍一下，也可令外界举一反三而大开眼界了。

| Abstract: | Materialists always hold that the social development and the people's welfare all depend on the materials-to the last-the nature resources. In the social revolving, the main three factors of energy, communication and raw material, to the final analysis, are of only a problem of material. Especially, such a kinds which can not be gained by means of modern tech such as nature minerals. Naturally, today's West Development in China should also be based on it. This is a key problem considered by the investors both domestic and abroad. Because of this, to give an analysis on the science viewpoint is necessary. bhut west China is too vast to say, and the nature resource also too rich to say, we can only give Yunnan province as an example for investors to consider. |
