珍珠石矿物的研究

摘    要:珍珠石(许冀泉、方邺森,1982)曾称为珍珠陶土,它是高岭石类矿物中的一种,与地开石、高岭石、7Å多水高岭石和10Å多水高岭石同属于1:1型层状硅酸盐矿物。在高岭土的矿物组成中,珍珠石是一种罕见的矿物。目前,在我国尚未报道过珍珠石的详细矿物学数据。本文中研究的样品,通过各种方法测出的数据,初步认为它们与标准珍珠石一致。

Abstract:In this paper,a rare mineral-nacrite is reported for the first time in China. One (sample No.1) occurs in forms of grey-white belt of hydrolhermally altered kaolinite-dickite from Ch-angbai mine,Jilin Province. The other (sample No.2) occurs in forms of white veins in fractures of claystone of lower Shiheze Formation in Benxi,Liaoning Province. They are of two different types of occurrence.In the present paper two samples of nacrite are studied using different methods. Two samples are quite similar in various mineralogical data. The DTA curves of samples exhibited two endothermic effects. The endothermic shoulder and peak of the sample No.1 are at 590℃ and 675℃,while those for the samples No.2 are at 601℃ and 682℃,respectively. The OH stretching vibration bands of IR for nacrite have frequencies of 3692 cm-2,3640 cm-1 and 3620 cm-1,of which the second one is the least intense. The x-ray analysis revealed that the nacrite has 3.942Å,3.479Å,3.421Å,2.437Å,2.412Å,2.398Å reflect peaks. Its parameters of elementary cell are: a0=8.867Å,b0=5.126Å,c0=15.497Å,β=111°33’ Thus,the mineralogical characteristics of these samples are clearly different from those for kaolinite or dickite suggesting that this is a rare mineral-nacrite.
