摘    要:为促进海上风电的降本增效和可持续发展,文章基于海上风电运维管理的内容和存在的问题,分析大数据在风电运维中的应用和风电运维管理的发展趋势。研究结果表明:海上风电运维管理主要包括机组运行管理、机组运行数据管理、项目资源管理、可达性管理和成本管理,目前在成本、运维模式和可达性等方面存在问题;通过将工业数据与大数据相结合以及创新运维模式和管理方式,有助于风机预防性维护和风场辅助决策,有效提高风电运维效率、降低风电运维成本和提升发电量;未来的风电运维管理将通过转变模式进一步加强数字化和可视化运维,通过装备升级提高运维的可达性和效率以及通过提高质量多角度降低运维成本。

Abstract:In order to promote the cost reduction, efficiency increase and sustainable development of offshore wind power, based on the content and existing problems of offshore wind power operation and maintenance management, this paper analyzed the application of big data in wind power operation and maintenance and the development trend of wind power operation and maintenance management. The results showed that offshore wind power operation and maintenance management mainly included unit operation management, unit operation data management, project resource management, accessibility management and cost management. At present, there were problems in cost, operation and maintenance mode and accessibility. By combining industrial data with big data and innovating operation and maintenance mode and management mode, it was conducive to preventive maintenance of wind turbine and auxiliary decision making of wind farm, effectively improve wind power operation and maintenance efficiency, reduce wind power operation and maintenance cost and increase power generation. The future wind power operation and maintenance management would further strengthen the digital and visual operation and maintenance by changing the mode, improve the accessibility and efficiency of operation and maintenance through equipment upgrading, and reduce the operation and maintenance cost from multiple angles by improving the quality.
