| Abstract: | This place management information system used C# as programming language,ArcGIS Engine as developing component,ArcSDE as spatial data engine to establish database using SQLServer.The paper expounded system developing background,overall design,function design and pivotal technology for system realization.Finally,taking the place data of Zhengzhou as an example,it introduced the system realization methods,realized place information scientific management to offer high quality services for city management department. |
