| 摘 要： | 利用梅州市1996-2007年土地利用变更调查统计数据,对梅州市建设用地变化特征进行分析,应用主成分分析法DPS软件探讨建设用地增长的驱动机制.研究结果表明:梅州市建设用地总体呈逐年上升趋势,建设用地结构增长与空间差异显著,其中交通运输用地增长最快,居民点及独立工矿用地增长次之,水利设施用地出现负增长.兴宁市建设用地相对变化率最大,为2.21:梅县和丰顺县建设用地相对变化率>1;蕉岭、大埔、梅江区、五华及平远县建设用地相对变化率<1;梅州市建设用地变化驱动力主要为经济发展、基础设施建设、人口增长与城镇化进程三大推进因子.同时,对梅州市建设用地驱动因子提出相应的调控措施与建议.

| Abstract: | Land-use change survey data of Meizhou City from 1996 to 2007 is studied in this paper,characteristics of changes of its construction lands are analyzed by using Principal Component Analysis method of DPS software package to inquire the growth-driven mechanism of construction lands.The results show that: the overall change of construction lands in Meizhou City showed an upward trend year by year,and both structures and spatial diffe-rences of the construction lands varied distinctively.Among the lands,the a... |
