| 摘 要： | 本文就1979、1990年两次世界气候大会的情势,综述气候学发展的现状,论述气候学与气候工程的关系,并就当前气候学发展的若干问题:如气候信息的搜集、传递和整理,地球气候分布与变化的研究,以及气候应用的开拓等方面提出了作者的见解。

| Abstract: | The two world climate conferences convened in 1979 and 1990 mark a truning point in development of climatology. Some tracks of development of climatology may be followed through the observation on these two conferences. The world climate programme drafted on the first conference consists of four subgrammes, vividly reflecting the structure of modern climatology. connecting closely with the fields of information, technology, development strategy and scientific understanding . A feed back is demonstrated in the system of climate-environment-society and promoting the development of this descip-line . Climatology has its own engineering, just like the other sciences in their mature stage of development. But there is an important difference that the climate engineering is not specifically connected with climatology, as chemical industry to chemistry, etc., but consists in all human activities, influencial to the state of atmosphere. So the climate engineering should be understood as the planning and deployment of the whole socioeconomy. |
