| 摘 要： | 在对洞庭湖区深入调查研究的基础上，纵使历史资料，应用对比方法，分析了１９９６、１９５４年特大洪涝灾害的共生和个性，揭示其形成的原因，呼吁要是一步加快洞庭湖的综合治理，并提出了对策措施。

| Abstract: | The 1996 and 1954 waterloaingr have been the lalgest ones in history in the Dengting bo Area. TheInaterials dri field survey and historical recolds, and the data of ndnfall, floods and disasters during theflnd rans of the two years are analynd. It is found that the precipitation and runnd in 1996 Was less thanthose in 1954, but waer level were higher. The area damagal by flnd in lwe was much ha than that in1954, but the econoforc loss was much peer. The han mpns are that the lake edd no hold as muchwater as before, water should not go out of the lake meuth mtw; the quality of the embazhanet5 of thelake and the rivers was lower than that of the nolmal standald; and the pe and materials that had bopreped were not enough for fled coned. rt is suguted that: 1) the lake, beth the SOUthem mp and thenorthem part, should be ham~ in a comrehensive way; 2) un attention should be ghd to the projectsfor the pennanent coned of the lake and rivers; 3) som tmp rm nigh be aded. |
