| 摘 要： | 以Mobile GIS相关关键技术为基础,在Windows Mobile 5.0系统下设计开发了"应急通"灾害数据采集软件.采集数据包括文字、图片、音频、视频、xml表单.系统通过通讯网络及时向后台服务器发回所采集的数据,满足基本灾害数据采集需求,能够为灾害应急管理提供决策支持.

| Abstract: | The Navtong disaster data collection software is designed and developed in Windows Mobile 5.0 system,based on the related technologies of Mobile GIS.The collected data include texts,images,audio data,videos and xml forms.The system uses communication networks to send back the collected data to the server.It can basically meet the needs of disaster data collection and provide supports for disaster and emergency management decision-making. |
