| Abstract: | The recent development of the active structural control for earthquake resistant struc-tures is reviewed in this paper.It introduces seven critical active control algorithms,shaking table testsof structures with active control system and its application and the characteristics of earthquake re-sponse,it also introduces the effect of soil-structure interaction on the control algorithm and activecontrol effectiveness.Besides, the authors suggest some subjects of active structural control being ofgreat value to make a thorough study. |
