| 摘 要： | 药沟泥石流位于茂县县城东侧,＂5.12＂汶川特大地震的发生,使得该泥石流危险程度进一步增加。在震后调查基础上,论述了药沟泥石流的概况、动力特征及＂5.12＂地震的影响,通过对药沟泥石流防治现状和存在问题的分析,提出了拦、排和生物工程相结合的防治建议,并建议通过与建筑规划、交通规划和旅游规划等重建的结合,实现泥石流防治同震后规划重建的全面结合。
