| 摘 要： | 提出"共和地理信息系统"的概念。对应于"联邦数据库"概念倾向于系统的数据层面,"共和地理信息系统"更倾向于系统的应用层面。"共和地理信息系统"还是一个强调统一规划、协同设计、协同实施、协同运行和协同维护的系统,其开发过程以宏观规划组织为起点,不同于"联邦数据库"的以事后整合为目的。

| Abstract: | The paper gives a concept which is named republic GIS.Being differ from the federated database focuses on the tier of database in GIS,the republic GIS focuses on the tier of application of GIS.The republic GIS also emphasizes cooperating planning,cooperating designing,cooperating implementation,cooperating running and cooperating maintenance.Its development starts at the point of macro planning,which differs from focusing on the post integration for the federated Database. |
