| 摘 要： | 新型农村合作医疗的可持续性发展需要农民的积极参与、政府责任到位并完善制度设计。只有加强农村医疗卫生基础设施建设,巩固和健全县、乡、村三级农村医疗卫生服务体系和网络,加强农村基层医疗卫生队伍建设,培养农村需要的医护人员,提高农村卫生医疗机构的服务质量,才能促进新型农村合作医疗的可持续性发展。 |

| Abstract: | The sustainable development of new type of rural cooperative medical system is based on the following conditions: active participation of rural citizens,responsible involvement of government,and improved institution design of medical system.In order to promote the sustainable development of new type of rural cooperative medical system,the following actions should be taken: first,enhance the infrastructure construction of rural medical system,so as to strengthen and improve the medical service system and also its service net at three levels: county,town and village.The second one is to strengthen the team construction of rural medical service providers,and to increase their service quality by training. |
