| Abstract: | There are three ports in this poper.Part I is involved in discussion of threeessential soft factors acting at development of high-tech industry-location,nctworkand comptehensive factors.It strobes the role of brains and practical capeity inhigh-tech development,clarifying the same importance of qualified personnel networkas information network,elucidating both intemal and external impetus Part II dealswith locatkinal comparison among high-tech industrial zones in Ch;. for which anAnalysis of Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used. Upe esults, Chinesehigh-tech industrial zones are divided into four grades. The las. p proposes four aspects as implementation measures for high-tech industrial zone in China. |
