| 摘 要： | 北祁连山区是我国西部主要的矿产地。同时又是甘肃省3大内陆河的发源地及干流流经区。有丰富的水力资源。随着西部大开发的实施,当地的矿产资源及水能资源已逐渐得到开发。祁连山已逐渐结束了人迹罕至的历史。研究总结对该区地质灾害的认识有助于较好地进行工程开发中的减灾及防灾工作。论文通过几处典型致灾泥石流的介绍结合在北大河谷进行的泥石流调查资料综合分析了该区泥石流的特点、形成条件、危害特点并提出了防治措施。结论认为该区泥石流普遍发育,具中等易发性,以中、小型规模为主,治理难度大。采取避让与预防措施效果较佳。

| Abstract: | The north Chilian is rich in mineral resources in the west of China, and the headstream and three trunk streams flowing across area of interior rivers with abundant hydraulic water resources in Gansu province. With the great development in the west of China, local minerals and water-resources were developed gradually, and the Chilien coteau ended the rare human being history. It is helpful to study and summarise the knowledge of the geological hazard there for preventing and mitigating disaster with engineering development. In this paper, on the basis of introduced representative debris flows and combined with the investigating data of debris flows in Taolai river, it analyzes the characteristics, forming conditions and jeopardizing and the prevention and cure measures is suggested. The conclusion is that there are universal debris flows with middling occurrence and littlle-middle dimensions, difficult to father,but effective to evade and defend the debris flows. |
