天津地区地铁深基坑施工安全控制标准研究

摘    要:软土地区的深基坑施工中,确定合理的基坑安全的控制标准至关重要。由于不可能通过现场的全比尺试验确定这一控制标准,为此以大量的工程实测数据为基础,准确确定模拟基坑施工过程的有限元分析模型和计算参数。通过数值模拟方法,实现对基坑破坏过程的研究。分别计算当基坑即将发生整体稳定破坏时,支护结构变形量与地表最大沉降量和坑深的比值,确定适合于天津地区地铁深基坑施工安全的控制标准。

Abstract:Since large scale construction of underground railways was carried out in Tianjin, more and more deep foundation pits have been to be excavated in soft soils. In the period of excavation activities, it is very important to give a suitable control criterion to ensure the pit stability. To find out the recommended criterion value, some comprehensive measurements have been made in some typical pit engineering during the construction of No. 1 Line. The observed data of earth pressure, retaining structure displacement, ground surface settlement and water pressure have been picked up and analyzed. A finite element method has been adopted to simulate the procedure of pit construction. By comparing the calculation results with the observed data, the calculation model has been optimized; and calculation parameters have been determined. The established approach has been applied to simulate the failure procedure of deep foundation pit. The main influence factors including the displacement of retaining structures, the length of retaining structures and the force in braces, have been analyzed. The ratio of retaining structure displacement and maximum ground surface settlement over pit depth are recommended as the control criterion of pit stability during construction.
