| 摘 要： | 以北京路为中心北京路商圈与以天河城广场为中心天河商圈都是广州的市级商业中心区，两大商圈在发展历史、影响范围、发展条件各方面均有不同，两商圈应该充分发挥优势，以竞合理念为指导，在竞争中寻求合作，北京路商圈应恢复历史名城的风貌，保持老城区商业服务业的活动力，天河商圈则应利用其后发优势，建设高标准的现代化商圈，使两大商圈共同成为主导广州零售商业的主方向，提升广州市的商业集聚与扩散能力。

| Abstract: | As the Guangzhou's two city-level business centers of Guangzhou, Beijing Road business cycle is based on the Beijing Road business street, while Tianhe business cycle based on the Tianhe Plaza.There are many differences in development history, sphere of influence and development conditions. Keeping the idea of co-oporation in mind, they should enhance the competition of Guangzhou's Business by making full use of their advantage and cooperating fully. Beijing Road Business cycle historical landscape should be cherished and reused to uphold the vigour of the old district. At the same time, Tianhe Business cycle can be turned into high-level modern business cycle with its special advantages. |
