初级定向法在施工长管棚中的应用

摘    要:长管棚支护一直是防止塌方、控制沉降的主要措施。本文对长管棚施工的工艺过程和相关设计施工技术要点做了理论分析,针对导向孔施工过程中,倾角定向精度不高,导致钻孔轴线偏离设计轨迹的情况,提出了初级定向法施工长管棚技术,引入了倾角与设计钻孔深度和岩石可钻性之间的量化关系,建立了理论计算模型,具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:As a primary method of avoiding collapse and controlling subside, long pipe-shed pre-reinforcement is important for the construction. In this paper, the author analyzes the main point of the construction technique during the process of long pipe-shed pre-reinforcement. At the same time, the calculate method of elementary direction is established due to the error of the obliquity. This model is organized with the depth and the grade of rock crash which is worth for the construction.
