| 摘 要： | 两淮地区是全国重要的煤炭生产基地,是华东地区最大的能源基地,也是我省能源、原材料产业发展基地。本文通过对两淮采煤塌陷区的现状调查,客观地指出采煤塌陷引发的一系列生态环境问题及深层次经济社会矛盾,提出了满足两淮地区可持续发展的具体建议。

| Abstract: | The Huainan and Huaibei area is a major coal production base in China,the biggest energy base in East China,in addition to a base for development of energy and raw materials industry in Anhui Province.This paper,based on investigation of status of mining depressions in Huainan and Huaibei,objectively pointed out a series of eco-environmental issues and deep-level economic-social contradictions caused by the caveins and gave specific suggestions on meeting sustainable development in the area. |
