| Abstract: | By retrospecting the development courses of the release of notice to mariners since the opening- up policy, particularly the application status of Notice to Mariners digitization integrated editing publication system since 2009, to make an overview analysis for the advancement and development of the Notice to Mariners editing and developing technology, and put forward a tentative plan for the future development of the Notice to Mariners. |
