| 摘 要： | 资源型工业城市如何发展循环经济，国家循环经济试点市——鹤壁市发展循环经济之路给我们提出了以下的思考和启示：坚持规划先行，以规划引导发展；发挥区位优势，抓好结构调整，推动产业循环式组合；发挥政府主导作用，为循环经济发展提供良好政策环境和制度保障；引导企业参与，推进节能降耗；加强宣传教育，营造浓厚氛围。
