济南市燕翅山人工堆积斜坡稳定性评价及治理对策

摘    要:由于历史上开采铁矿的弃渣及城市垃圾的无序堆放,在燕翅山周边形成人工堆积斜坡,直接威胁着其附近居民和单位安全,同时影响着周边的进一步开发建设。通过地质灾害勘查,分析影响人工堆积斜坡稳定性的因素,建立人工堆积斜坡的概化模型,采用传递系数法进行了稳定性定量评价,评价结果表明燕翅山多个渣石堆斜坡整体稳定。但是,由于渣石堆物质成分混杂,存在不均匀沉陷、斜坡前缘地面裂缝和坍塌。为此,提出了针对人工堆积斜坡的不同部位采取削坡、护坡、修建挡土墙及建立排水设施等措施,不仅为燕翅山渣石堆斜坡综合治理指明了方向,也对今后其周边的开发建设及可持续发展提供了依据。

Abstract:Because of the out-of-order stack of the historical iron mine offal and city garbage,the artificial pile slope was piled up around the Yanchi Mountain.It threatens directly nearby residents and buildings,and affects circumjacent further development at the same time. Making the geological hazard investigation and analyzing the factors that affect the artificial pile slope stability,the outhors establish the generalized model of the artificial pile slope.Evaluating the stability with the method of the delivering coefficient quantificationally,the result shows that many of the mineral mullock slopes are stability on Yanchi Mountain.However,because of the composition complicacy of the stack of mineral mullock and city garbage,the differential settlement and ground fissure and failure in the edge of slope,this paper puts forward some measures such as lowering the slope,protecting the slope,setting up retaining wall,establishing the drainage facilities for the different part of the artificial pile.It will be very helpful for the further developments of the circumjacent areas,and indicates obviously economic and social benefits.
