硫化物X射线能谱定量分析探讨

摘    要:711-F型能谱仪对常见硫化物(黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿、方铅矿、闪锌矿等)元素定量分析的条件试验结果表明,一定要选择好仪器的最佳试验条件;保证分析样品的质量,排除影响元素定量分析精度的因素。经反复条件试验,获得硫化物的最佳试验测试参数:电压25kV、束流64μA、束斑0.125μm、计数率2300c/s、分析时间80~100s。试验条件随每种元素的原子结构不同及每种元素在不同物质中的结合类型及特性的不同而异。试验条件的选择和样品质量,是保证物质元素的X射线定量分析精度的关键。

DISCUSSION ON QUANTITIVE ANALYSIS OF SULFIDES BASED ON EDAX
Abstract:Abstract The test results related to common sulfides (pyrite, kroeberite, pseudogalena,gslenite)elementS quantitive analysis conditions using 711 type EDAX are introdused in this paper,POinting out that selection of the optinum working parameter is very important during the analysis. With the correct parameter of the instrument,atontion should also be paid to the quality of the specimen. Here,a preliminary summary of esperences has been made about the factors which may influence the accuacy of analysis. The conditions are selected after repeated tacts: v. 25kV, beam stream,64μA, beam spot, 0. 125μm, cps.,2300 c/sec, anlysis time 80~100 see. Under the optimum conditions, analysis result of sulfide is reliable,precosion is within 10%. It is also pointed out, in this paper,that the test conditions are not alway the same,this is because the differency of atoms of each element, as well as the different ways of combination and characters of each element in substance. In short, selection of test conditions and quality of specimen are emphasized in this paper, which are the key points to ensure the precision of X-ray quantitive analysis of element.
