| 摘 要： | 作为财务管理的核心,地勘项目管理问题日益突出,给地勘企业的持续发展带来阻碍。为了解决地勘单位项目经费管理现存问题,有针对性的从完善制度建设、加强财务管理、重视监督审计、提高财务人员素质、建立绩效管理评价等方面提出了改进办法,最终使地勘专项经费的效用达到最大化,切实保证地勘行业的健康、持续、发展有效发展。

| Abstract: | As the focus of financial management, issues with geological exploration project management become increasingly remarkable and hinder sustainable development of geological exploration organizations. To solve existing fund management issues, this paper put forward improvement measures in view of perfecting system construction, strengthening financial management, attaching importance to supervision and auditing, improving financial staff quality and establishing performance management and appraisal for maximizing the efficiency of geological exploration special fund and ensuring development of the industry in a healthy, long-lasting and effective way. |
