| 摘 要： | 矿床工业指标是划定矿床储量的基础和必备条件,是衡量矿产资源是否合理利用的依据,是矿产资源勘查、开发过程中资源效益与经济效益相协调的结果。取消行政审批后,国家对矿床工业指标的管理出现了缺位,目前行业中对此争议较多。本文在叙述工业指标管理演变过程及分析问题的基础上,通过调查研究,提出了一些完善矿床工业指标制定与管理体制机制方面的想法。

| Abstract: | The deposit industrial index is the basis to classify the deposit reserve and measure whether the rational utilization of mineral resources. The deposit industrial index is decided by coordination of resource benefits with the economic benefits during mineral resource exploration and development . After administrative examination has been abolished, the deposit industrial index administration by the government has been ignored and aroused many controversies in the industry. In this paper, based on the introduction of the industrial index evolution and the analysis of the problems, several suggestions have been proposed to improve the classification and management system of deposit industrial index. |
